Hello,
i have a problem with GPL. Since i use a Voodoo 3 and a Microsoft
ForceFeedback wheel my fps is drop down from 30 to maximum 15. I
didn't use the force feedback option in the ini file, it is set to
zero. I don't have any solution.
My PC :
AMD K6-2/300, 256 MB RAM, Voodoo 3 with 16 MB, MS FF-Wheel USB, Win 98
Can someone help me ??

Hi, your cpu is the bottleneck here, replace it with a athlon or duron
600-800mhz. The voodoo3 is fine for gpl, keep it. If you can't buy new
hardware, overclock the K6-2 to 350-375, get the glide wrapper at
http://www.gplea.org and set the mirror update freq to 2 or 3.

where by changing the voodoo5 bufferswap frequency this guy got increased
framerates with the MS-FF wheel. This tweak works on the voodoo3 also so
its worth a try.
