I know that lap times are very suspect in on-line races due to lag and
warps, but what about in a two computer network? My cousin and I raced a
lot this weekend and I managed to best two of my previous times (Monza
and Watkins). I would like to know if these times are to be trusted.
If it makes any difference, it was played on a PIII733 (host), PII450
over IPX. 36 FPS on both at all times.
No drafting was used. (at least for the Monza one; I am sure)

Think that second bit might be important, huh? :)
Actually, I don't think it would matter even if your PB *was* a drafting lap.
GPLRank shows which mode the different laps were done in, so you can see how
many were in race or training mode.
