Where can I find Interstate 76?

Everyone has I-82, but I'm told by the fine denizens of this newsgroup that I-76 is better. Only problem: I can't find the dern thing anywhere. Help?

I saw Interstate 76 nitro pak at Office Max for $9 last night, I was going to get it, but I wasn't sure if it was an add-on or standalone version? They also have Viper Racing for $9.
