I've installed several GT40 variants for SCGT, but their readme files
say they need the "m8dv8.wav" file. I followed a link in one readme to
http://www.fortunecity.com/silverstone/brandshatch/980/ but that site is
closed down and links to the US Pits site. At the pits, I go to the SCGT
section, but the only sound files there are two sets of Revved's sound
file packs, neither of which has this file. Does anyone know where it
can be found?
Try this one out.

I used this once, (backed up luckily) all it did was remove the .wav
extension from ALL my .veh files......

Thanks for the tip. I tried this file last night and it improved SCGT 100%.
