Just installed a 3D Annihilator 2 video card, on the track without other
cars its at 36 fps all the time, in a race ,the more cars the lower th fps.
to the point you cant drive it. Any

GPL? have you patched to 1.21? Have you dloaded the d3d patch?
Often times when you change hardware your previous settings may kludge
up your new config. You may see some benefits from completely removing
your software(gpl) and beginning with a clean install.(backup any setups you
may haave....)good luck.

Um, yea. The other cars require processing power too. I mean, they look and
drive realistically for a reason. :)
The result is a slowdown of the framerate. Try lowering your resolution to
800x640 or buy a new processor.
