Hi, I thought some of you who may be unable to compete online might like to see a replay of a Michigan 10-lap 24-car online race: http://members.home.net/phasor/tmprogs/Race1.zip it's a 6 meg download. I believe it is from Dec. 26 so if you were racing on my server that night, you're probably on here. :) Probably the most intense 7 minutes of my life in recent memory. :) If this is bad netiquette or people don't want their driving shown or whatever lemme know and I'll take it off. On the other hand, if there is demand for more - I got more :) Thanks, -Phasor
No no thats how you do it. Post a link..don't flood the newsgroup with a large file.. You did good. dave hernie "Phasor" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:o5936.78852$> it's a 6 meg download. >I thought some of you who may be unable to compete online might like to see >a replay of a Michigan 10-lap 24-car online race: The biggest thing this replay showed me is that Papy has gone way overboard on the whole "getting air" deal. I saw more cars on their lids in this one 10-lapper than you see in an entire season of NASCAR racing, combining all three major racing divisions. It was fun the first couple of times. Seems to have lost it's luster though. Maybe it's just me. Dave Casey Casey_94 (NASCAR Racing 3 & 4) www.teamcasey.net www.lvkc.com www.buycoolcrap.com

Wasn't this the debate last year: Yes, we need flipping cars because it's realistic -- No we don't need flipping cars because they'll flip too much. When NASCAR Heat came out and cars flipped on the pace lap, everyone saw what could happen with a good thing gone bad.
I think alot of the massive car flips in N4 has to do with the fact that there is no damage. Yes, same as in gpl, if the energy has nowhere to go (ie: it can't go into the car), then the car will expense the damage in some other way... like a 200ft climb in gpl straight into the sky... "Cliff Roman" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:92lssh$nk8$[email hidden]...
