Are you running Zone Alarm or another firewall prog? ZA caused very similar problems when I'd try to join a race. Hosting was even worse. I've had good luck with Black Ice. Make SURE to turn all the logging "features" off. Other than a fw prog, I don't know..... > Also - a question.
