Does anyone know if there is a way to check the FPS in CMR2? I'd like to
experiment with the various graphics settings to tweak framerate but with
the stuttering problem it's difficult to tell if the subtle changes I'm
making are making a difference...

Thanks RRevved, and Nils...
Seems with Cubic Mapping enabled I only get about 18 FPS at the start of a
stage, with Standard Mapping on I get around 25 FPS and with no mapping I'm
getting around 30 FPS at the start, this is running FSAA 4x4 on my GeForce2
GTS (64 meg) card, with 1280x1024 on my P-III 933...
Hopefully the upcoming patch will improve things, but honestly I can't
notice all that much difference in graphic quality with Environmental
mapping on vs. off...

The enviromental mapping only affects the way the surroundings are
reflected off the car. No point keeping it on IMO, since it just makes
the cars look like they're solid chrome :-)
