I would like to be able to chat while online with N3 without having to
type....it's very difficult to steer and type. Would Roger Wilco be a
solution or is that strictly voice ?
TIA

> Roger Wilco is a voice chat program, but you can only chat with folks
who are also connected. Plus it does add some overhead to your connection,
not much, but sometimes it can be noticable.
Game Commander is a voice command program that allows you to 'say'
commands into a microphone like "tires" and then your F5 tire wear window
will open. You can easily access the autochat keys, just say "pitting" and
the rest of the drivers see...'#xx is pitting, pass high' (or whatever your
pit autochat message says.)
You can also pre-program canned messages not accessed by the autochat
keys. i.e. you say "98 draft" and the program types out a message you
pre
entered like, t(to open the chat window) Hey 98, lets draft. <enter>
But NEITHER of these programs can allow you to freely chat via the text
window while racing. You can only use RW with others who also have it on,
and CG only can access what you have pre-programed.
