I've been steadily reducing my GPLRank in F2 (+141 at last check) and I cant
figure out how to race against the computer.
It always puts me into an F1 car in race mode.

Hi
Change in player.ini
driverRating = 1 for f3 racing
driverRating = 2 for f2 racing
driverRating = 3 default (f1)
SZ
Jack, you need to make a very simple edit to your player.ini file. It sits
in your [Players] directory.
If you open it up (Notepad is fine) you'll see something like the
following..............
[ Personal Information ]
carNumber = 4 ; preferred car number
driverNationality = 1 ; nationality of the driver
driverRating = 1 ; driver rating
drivingView = 12 ; driving view
firstName = Fred ; first name of the player
helmetColor = 15 ; helmet color
lastName = Nurk ; last name of the player
lastTrackSelection = nurburg ; last track visited
team = 6 ; team
Your driverRating will = 3. That means it's the F1 level. Simply change
the number to 1 to make it the F3 level (or 2 for the F2 level) and then
save the file.

But *do* make sure you have 3 different drivers for the 3 different
formulae - otherwise you won't be able to keep the records separate! (And
GPLRank won't be impressed if you submit F1 times to an F2 account!)
