I've just got back into scgt, and have downloaded a whole bunch of new
classes.. I've been to the sim project, pat painters site, bhmotorsports and
the pits, but where else can i download cars. Especially beetles, mini's and
supertrucks :). I never realised how much scgt has growen since i played it
last, its awesome how many different types of cars and tracks are out there!

speedsims.com will get you started. They don't have a very big dload area
any more, but the forums will point you towards all the new projects.
There is an Imsa patch, a Trans Am patch and more on the way..
Lots of the SCGT private car builders are migrating to F1CS2k.
