Sorry folks, I know this has been discussed before. I upgraded my Asus GeForce2 drivers yesterday (to 6.31) and the dreaded menu flicker is back. I tried the NVidea Detonator3 reference drivers a while back and they caused this same problem, so I thought I'll wait for the official Asus release (little did I know it would take so many months and they still aren't posted on the North American site). Anyway, before I go back to 5.33a, what settings normally clear up the menu flicker with D3D cards? I would like to try a few adjustments, but am too ignorant to know which ones will make the difference. As usual, the in-game graphics are fine. Thanks, Marc. -- **************************************************************************** Marc Collins [email hidden] Your mouse has moved. Windows must be restarted for the change to take effect. Reboot now? ****************************************************************************
I've never heard of a fix yet (maybe there is, I dunno), apart from going back to 5.xx drivers. I just put up with it, since all you have to do is switch menu pages to get rid of it. I know people have cleared up the same problem with some other cards by adjusting some of the advanced settings... Marc. "Simon Brown" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:yz2e6.68786$[email hidden]...
