Just the other day I stumbled onto a site where they were working on a truck
patch for Heat. Even had screen shots! I'm looking for more info.
I found a CART patch for it - supposed to be available in "a few weeks."
Sounds awesome to me, even tho I'm not really a CART fan.

They said they are waitting for the patch to release it - some sort of
surprise I think
They are also supposed to release a 2001 complete carset with installer by
this weekend.
The Nascar Heat site is gone but the forum is still busy
Just go to http://www.delphi.com and do a search on "nascar heat" and you
will turn it up.
Enjoy, HEAT is a great game no matter what the N4 trolls tell you. They are
just jealous because Heat did in 1 outing what it has taken papy to do in 4.

Thank you VERY much for the info. I went to High-Compression before I posted
that question, but I didn't notice it that time. I'll check again, thanks.
At the risk of feeding the frenzy here, don't forget: if Papy had had the
technology currently available back when they wrote N1, it wouldn't have
taken as many steps, either. Still, since I have such limited time
available, I enjoy both - knowing each game's weaknesses.

could have made NH the way it is during the same time frame that Papy made
N1, then I have a golden bridge to sell you.
