Anybody tried GPL2Avi?

Hi all, tried the a.m. proggie yesterday. Took me quite a while to figure out the procedure due to my not existing Italian skills. Got it working finally. Only problem: The replay starts stuttering when recording. The HD should not be the problem, it's a 30 Gig Barracuda at about 20 MB/sec. I guess that my Cel300@450 is to slow. Any other experience out there? JensSchumi BTW: what does this -4x, -3x, ... 3x, 4x mean?
