As good as the idea is, this is not a binary newsgroup. -- Mika Takala
Umm, I think we'll let this one slide. "Mika Takala" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:978n8a$257$[email hidden]... > As good as the idea is, this is not a binary newsgroup. > > -- > Mika Takala > >

Take the thumb out of your anus before writing, buddy. Lots of people download ALL newsgroups to read offline, saves money if you pay by the minute. Lots of servers KILL newsgroups with too many binary files if it isn't a binary newsgroup. -- l8er ronny |\ _,,,---,,_ I want to die like my Grandfather, ZZZzz /,`.-'`' -. ;-;;,_ in his sleep. |,4- ) )-,_. ,\ ( `'-' Not like the people in his car, '---''(_/--' `-'\_) screaming their heads off!

Sorry, I've never had to "pay by the minute". I guess under these circumstances, even if I did, I wouldn't have a problem with 1 binary file that takes 5 extra seconds to d/l. But whatever............... BTW, I don't have any thumbs..........And I'm NOT your buddy. Todd
That's correct, but if somebody posts a small binary, someone else may think it's ok to post a larger binary, then another etc. Pretty soon we'd have complete games being posted here and my phone bill would be equivalent to the national debt ;) Thats if my ISP doesn't remove the group for carrying binaries and I lose ras altogether. I'm sure most people aren't particularly bothered about the odd image creeping in, especially under the circumstances of this one :( -- Ian P <email invalid due to spam> Glockenspiel <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:[email hidden]... > > Sorry, I've never had to "pay by the minute".
