CORS (Classic Online Racing Series) is a new GPL online racing league for
experienced drivers. We race realistic-damage 50% Grand Prix distances on
Friday nights, on the classic 60's tracks. We feature race reports, photos,
driver interviews, bios, complete stats, chassis handicapping, practice
sessions, and an enforced driving standard. We have recently completed our
exciting first season! Check out our web site at
http://members.home.net/corsleague.
Congratulations to Uli Landgraf (GER), who won the Drivers' Championship by
a wide margin. Larry Heir (USA) and Daryl Shilling (CAN) finished second and
third, respectively.
Congratulations also to White Nosed Racing (Honda), comprised of Uli
Landgraf and Christian Birke, who won the Teams' Championship. Team Terrapin
(Ferrari), consisting of Larry Heir and Johnny Lugnuts, placed second..
Our new season has just gotten underway with a challenging schedule of 20
championship events. We invite everyone to visit our new web site at
http://members.home.net/corsleague2 to follow the exciting action on track.
While we are always signing up new talent, we regret that our roster is
full, at the moment.
