Hey all, I'm hoping maybe someone else has run across this problem other than me. :-) Anyway, after installing DX8 GP3 will no longer run. When I try to start the program I get the loading pic of the tire and then the pics goes away and there's a slight pause.....then comes the error message. The message tells me that DirectX is not installed. I tried reinstalling DX8, even removed DX8 using an uninstall program I found on the net - followed by reinstalling DX7. That worked until I tried reinstalling DX8....when the message came back. Anyone know of a ure for this? Thanks for any help.....
Did you try to reinstall GP3? "SlowGo" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:[email hidden]...

DX8 should give no problems with GP3. in fatc in should run faster. Start thinking about anything else you've changed. and make sure you have all the latest drivers (ie DX8 compatable) -- Some Call Me Tim
