Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I have a 7200 rpm hard drive and Windows 2000. With Nascar 4 my hard drive will make some noises and the screen will freeze 3 or 4 seconds. This causes me to warp to last place. It usually happens just once per race and it happens offline and online.

Also set your virtual memory max and min to be the same thing at about 2xinstalled RAM. Regards, Brett C. **** Post for FREE via your newsreader at post.usenet.com **** This might be Thermal Calibration, though I thought that problem went away some 5 years ago. If it is, you can't do anything about it. -Larry "George Major" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:3Pdp6.1291$[email hidden]... > Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
