N4 Richmond Problem

Sorry if this has been posted before, but when I install the game, it comes up with errors while trying to copy over the richmond night track data ! The installation hangs for a while on 80% then finishes. Everything seems fine with the game, but I can't play the last 5 or so tracks, basically from Richmond onwards. I had a look around in the tracks folder, all the files are in the relevant track folders, except the .dat track files ( the 7Mb ones). So I copied over the remaining relevant files for the other tracks, but for some reason it refuses to copy across richmond night !!! Has anyone else come across this problem ? no real idea, but it sounds like a cd error...could be scratched or your cdrom could be having troubles reading the tracks the Richmond dat file is on.
