GTR--How do I find my FPS

Did I miss something in the manual (or lack there of), on finding my framerate? Is there a key that I need to press for this funtion or do I need a third party software to figure out what the game is running on my PC. Thanks to anyone who can give me a heads up on how to figure out my issue.
