Hi folks,
a couple of questions/comments (=3)
1) Bristol with full field is absolutely crazy! Great!
2) The AI at Martinsville seems to be not functioning: at least
quickrace doesn't seem to work. Any advice?
3) N4 seems to freeze every now and then? Needs resetting of
Windows? Any advice?
Thanks in advance.
Arto
Martinsville is being worked on by Papyrus. Dunno when the patch will
be out though...
I had the freeze problem in W2K Pro a couple of times, but never in
WinME. I've upgraded to a new setup, so it may not be OS related...

one work around for Martinsville, affectionately known as
Marty, is to change your race option so that the full pace lap
is used...this 'may' help.
good luck grasshopper....

I did not get that!? I am using GF2..., if that matters?

Unbelievable but that really helped! I really could race after that
change! And I managed well (with the 70% AI, though... ;-) until I
happened to make too many mistakes... ;-/ Many thanks, indeed!
>good luck grasshopper....
With my limited English I guess that was something positive? :)
(I do know the insect, but I do not get the idea here: perhaps
driving the mini-ovals is called "grasshopping" in USA?)
Arto
Its a shame when a perfectly good grasshopper comment goes w/out
understanding.

Ignore Dave. He is clinging to the last threads of his Glide card.
Pretty soon, he will have no choice but to purchase an NVidia based
card. So right now, his hobby appears to be trashing NVidia based
cards....as his Voodoo card will no longer be supported and will be
put into a museum shortly. I think that is happening right now as we
speak!!! <G>
Most people would not know what Dave was referring to. It is a saying
from an old liberal Martial Arts sort of TV show called " Kung Fu".

But I was right wasn't I??? Just by his description of the problem
I had clear idea he had a GeeWhiz or GeeWhiz 2. Yeah yeah my
Voodoo is history...but the present on the other side of the fence
doesn't look very green either...;)

Yes you were Dave :-)
I will admit to you that I am SICK of playing the find-a-stable driver
game with my GeForce card! <g>
