It was brought to my attention that TGA files are not layered, so I re-
zipped all of my paintjob *PSP* files and posted them on the website.
You can now download the cars, edit them in paintshop pro 7, convert
them to uncompressed TGA files and import them into nascar 4.
Sorry about that guys. :-)
