N4-Martinsville ?

How do I start a race at Martinsville? There seems to be a major bug with this track. The race never begins! The green flag never drops!

For some reason, it doesn't work. I open player.ini with notepad. I change the 0 to 1 and save it. When I start N4 it always reverts back to Fullpacelap=0 It seems that the game overrides the player.ini file. I guess I'll have to start my season all over again! Thanks for trying.
