Problem:1nsane won't start

Hi Can't get past opening display "Number plate" with 1nsane on it, just stays there. have to Ctrl Alt DEL and end task(says: not responding) Any help? GF256 SBlive 256MB DX8 Duron 700 Works on my K6-2 with V3 Rgds Hugh

I had this problem and it turned out to be the copy protection :( I know because the game runs ok if I do a full install and then apply a nocd patch. So you might try that too.
