N4 with Matrox G400

Anybody getting good frame rates with this? My system is: G400 DualHead 32meg AGP PII 400 128meg PC100 RAM running in D3D 'cause Matrox is behind the OpenGL curve as usual. (I've got Dx8 and I'm sticking with the 5.2 drivers for stability) With all the eye-candy off, I can get about 20 fps in the corners at Talledega, down to about 10 fps on the straights. (fps increases the further down a straight I get) I'm _really_ not up to a new cpu and motherboard right now. Thanks! Robert
