Is it possible to muzzle (i.e. not see a single thing that a person says) in
game? Not EVERYBODY, just one particular person? I'm SURE I read how to
somewhere...(in race, I mean, not the lobby)

Yea, on the race screen just highlight their name and hit the little m
below. If you right click on anything, a little message pops up telling you
what it is.
