F1RC for sale on Ebay

Hi all, I ordered F1RC from a software house in England and by mistake ordered 2 copies. On the auction it says "Hi, I ordered this game from Software First in the UK and tried it for a couple of days. I decided I don't care for it so I am selling it. It is like new with the manual and box. " which is it? New or like new? You bought 2 copies or you did not care for it and are selling it?
