GPL Cooper?

Is this a nickname for a car? I dont see any such beast in my game, or is it one made by 3rd party for download? Thanks to the guys that have helped this GPL newbie....been doing it for only a couple months after years as a N1, N2, N3, N4 guy....(Im in NO way a threat to anyones rank at this point!!)...getting used to right turns :-) As always your help is appreciated.......(oh and did someone say they ENJOY Nurburgring??? I cant imagine in my wildest dreams anyone can find joy in that track...maybe it will grow on me...but I'll be too old to see by then...I call it 11:00 minutes of hell!) I'm sure a million GPL fanatics are typing this at the same time: the Coventry in GPL is what everybody now calls the Cooper. Similarly, Murasama = Honda. Papyrus/Sierra couldn't get licenses for these cars in time. I think there are patches out there to change the names in the game, check out www.theuspits.com. After a while you see "Murasama" and read "Honda", so the patch is optional. There are also cockpit downloads that give you a Cooper badge on the steering wheel, a real Cooper engine sound, true team colours, etc. You can enhance this thing to the nth degree if that's your thing. No, the name is actually Cooper since Papy cannot get the licence to use the name, it is named as "Conventry". BTW, there is a 3rd party patch which converts all reference to "Coventry" back into "Cooper" and so for "Honda". But I am not sure where to find it. Well actually my interest was in modern F1....(F1CS2000 pales in comparison to this no downforce racing) .......but this game has piqued my interest in the bigballed guys that didnt have "shift R" as an option!! Thanks guys Lee You cant legislate fate...get over it
