Kyro II review. Fix for online GPL

Jens H. Kruuse has made an awesome review of the Kyro II chip with GPL and WinVROC. He also found a fix for the missing fps when racing online in GPL... The site is danish, but the review is english. But this card is clearly NOT made for GPL.
