Scgt no cd patch?

Does anyone know if there is a no cd patch for Scgt, I have looked but not yet found. Steve

Using CloneCD to create an image of the CD and then DaemonTools to mount the virtual CD when needed works fine. But that is OVERKILL Larry. There are many no-cd patches for SCGT that don't require a CD's worth of room on the harddrive.
