here's something to do while waiting on gt3. if you have a copy of gt2
lying around, download "epsxe", (playstation emulator) and either the glide
or direct 3d plug-in and watch your graphics come alive. there's no
comparing the psx and a voodoo 3 with alpha-blending and bi-linear filtering
enabled. all running at a crisp 60fps might i add. i realize this isn't a
binaries forum so if you want a couple of screen shots let me know. if
enough people ask, i may post to the forum if that's acceptable. sorry for
the ot, but i just wanted to share this with some people that may otherwise
not have known. thanks.

I don't know why you think this is OT? I mean they haven't renamed the
newsgroup
rec.autos.grandprixlegends *yet* have they?
thx

no, i suppose not, lol. i figured this newsgroup was for computer auto sims
because that's mostly what i see in here, but now that i look, there's no
designation, so off with the OT. thanks john.

dreamcast in 640x480 24bit with FSAA and it looks very nice :-)
p.s. I wouldn't post the screens if I were you the self appointed newsgroup
police wouldn't approve.

on the epsxe you can run in resolutions up to 16x12, so nah, nah, nah. :)
i'm only running at 1024x768, but it looks great. really brings out the
limitations of the psx when you can see things without all the pixellation.
i don't think fsaa is an option, but if you're using a 3d api, i don't know
why you couldn't try with a v5 or gf3. "Alex Cameron" <[email hidden]>

i've been trying to get my ms non-ff wheel to work, so far without success.
right now i'm using a gamepad pro usb and have set up the d-pad as an analog
device in gt2 so the turning effect isn't so drastic.

Most ISP's give you free web space with your accounts.
You just FTP the files up to the web server (using the username and password
they give you).
Then post a link to them back here.
For example.
Let's say your ISP is called myisp.com.
Your webspace is located at http://www.myisp.com/~bagel.
FTP the files you create to your web space, following your ISPs instructions
(they usually give you these).
The post the link back here.
It may look like http://www.myisp.com/~bagel/gt1.jpg etc..

I don't know about your dc but mine does not support FSAA.

What did you drop it in a bucket of water or something ;-) all DC's do FSAA.
