f2superguide and simracing dot com

hello, all -- i'm looking for Steve Smith's "F2superguide", often referred to as "F2superguide_p1.html" in URLs here and there. Altavista & Google locate it at www.simracing.com, but that entire site seems to be completely defunct. I'm hopeful that the superguide still exists (a lot of Steve Smith's work is still online at http://eaglewoman.simracing.dk, just not the superguide. any clues? p.s., what DID happen to www.simracing.com? was that the old URL of the EagleWoman, and perhaps just some of her links weren't updated? t.i.a.

Brian, Yeah, it's gone. If I can locate the original copy, I'll repost it at the F2 site: http://jc.simracing.dk/guide/guide_temp.htm Meanwhile, some more recent info is posted at Alison Hine's mirror site: http://people.ne.mediaone.net/alisonnic/gpl/index.htm Look under Help > Car Setup > Guides > Secrets of Online Racing. There's a zip file full of F2 setups, most of which I still use. --Steve "Brian Beckman" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:RuN37.344146$[email hidden]...
