I got myself a new wheel - Thrustmaster Formula Digital Pro (aka Nascat
Digital Pro) and it supports spit axis for the pedals. I have the split axis
working in the Joystick calibration/setup screen but it does not seem to
work in GPL. How do I set it up so the 'split axis' works in GPL?

either leave the Thrustmapper software running before you launch gpl or
use the systray icon and set it to automatic. There is also a patch at the
TM site that is supposed to fix the loading sequence so that the TM file
gets loaded before GPL but every now & then I have to restart GPL and
recalibrate and assign my wheel and pedal functions.
