grand tourismo on PC

Could someone tell me what the best emulationprogram is to play Gran tourismo (1+2) on a PC? Is there a emulator for the playstation2 already and is grand tourismo 3 anygood on it. I�ve got an AMD800 with 96mb ram. Will that be enough. Thanx in advance Peter
