Yes I bought the game, and I like it very much. But as with all Me "good" CD's I try to back them up (I have 2 and 4 year olds) I have visited Gamecopyworld, but as usuall I leave there more confused than ever. I have tried to back up the CD using CDclone, and Blind write. both finish the burn, but the New CD is unreadable (not reconized in the drive) tried it 3 times with both CDr and CDrw. has anyone made a workable backup ? how was it done, manythanks, Nick
there is a no-cd patch, I think at bh.motorsports...NH is a little goofy...so you need to swap out several files to get the no-cd to work. And there is a folder called data that must be name-changed to run If you find the no-cd patch and can't make sense of it...email me and I'll try and talk you through it... dave henrie "nick" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:[email hidden]... > Yes I bought the game, and I like it very much. > But as with all Me "good" CD's I try to back them up (I have 2 and 4 yearolds) > > I have visited Gamecopyworld, but as usuall I leave there more confusedthan ever. > I have tried to back up the CD using CDclone, and Blind write. > > both finish the burn, but the New CD is unreadable (not reconized in thedrive) > tried it 3 times with both CDr and CDrw. > > has anyone made a workable backup ? how was it done, > manythanks, > > Nick
My "copy" worked fine. I, too, own the game legally and would rather protect my original. Just used EZ CD Creator (IIRC). Nothing special...
