I have finally gotten around to getting my sight online, please pop in
and have a look. There are some (countable on a single hand) shots of
my simulator that I am working on in my spare time. I am NOT trying to
be in competition with anyone else (i.e GPL, WSC, SCGT etc), just
myself and my ability to put things car related into my brain.
I would like to thank Gregor, Ruud, Todd and some of the other people
that occationally help me to get my head around things that make it
hurt.
I intend to keep on updating the sight at hopefully regular intervals
but it all depends on how much spare time I get.
Colin
BTW This has nothing to do with the company that I work at!!!
What is the link Colin?

Ah, Colin, that's better! The graphics engine looks great, as do car-car
collisions :). What platform is this running on? When will a demo be
out? Whay so many questions so early on :)?
Great stuff, I hope to see more soon!

Great stuff! Motion blur in the wheels? And collisions, yummie.
As for the checkerboard; time to check out anisotropic filtering. ;-)
Looking good, hope you'll tie some ends up soon and give us a demo
ride. :)

Well, pretty much anyone get fire a few pretty screen shots onto a
homepage and to be honest they don't do the engine justice because you
really can't see the physics doing their stuff, either a movie or demo
is really needed and I want to figure out what kind of content I want
to be showing before I release anything.
I'm using OpenGL because I use NT at work so I got really into GL for
some of my job stuff. I don't really plan any DirectX support apart
from controllers and sound.

Thanks, I'll have more time once my 'proper' game goes final in a
month to work on the sim, until then just dribs and drabs.

Of course, the people on R.A.S are the ones who really appreciate a
good engine so you'll be the first to know.

They're downloadable somewhere; search for Satoru... He's got a bunch
of them. Look real nice.

I'd ask his permission before posting any shots and also you're not
allowed to make any money from his cars. His mail address is linked
from my dynamics gallery page.

Great, thanks a lot Colin. Too bad I can't import 3-D files yet.
Eventually..... Will keep the link and contact him for permission in the
future if I get to the point where I can load these car-things in :-)
Thanks again,
