GPL to N4 track converter ????

Has anyone heard if this is still being worked on by anyone. Seems like I heard something about Dave Noonan working on one but it seems to have faded into the sunset. Man I would love to be able to rumble around Monza or Spa in a Cup car :) -Dave B
