F1 2001 Does it eclipse GPL , or is the online racing not there yet.

All these positive posts about F12001 mean its time to drop my PII-350 plus TNT2 ultra , for an Athlon 1.4Ghgz & Geforce II DDR. .....but does this game have the potential for GPL style zero-lag online racing on standard 56k modems ? IJ

I think that the general consensus is that the multiplayer is not GPL Standard yet unfortunately. If they ONLY worked on the multiplayer aspect from now to F1 2002 I would be a happy man - that includes AI in Multiplayer! A must for LAN championships with a few players.
