What's a good time? 2:46 after about about 15 attempts. The co-pilot said he did something in his pants. :-) David G Fisher
I ended up with a 2:44 after about 5 attempts, but I feel like there has to be more there for me.. I just do not like the way the controls are for me right now.. they seem very slugish "David G Fisher" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:ic7z7.136397$[email hidden]...

That guy said he spent eight straight hours to get that time, but it's still pretty amazing. I wonder what the replay would look like. Realistic? David G Fisher "Andre Warringa" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:[email hidden]...

Methinks there would be a lot of straightlining turns. That is an impressive time, I was thinking 2m42s lay in my grasp if I didn't make a single slight mistake, so I think I'll have to give 2nd best to this guy. Come-on David... I gave it another 45 mins last night and got to 2m33s, but that includes some gratuitous cutting in the latter part of the stage (the 3 right after the big jump). I know exactly where I can drop approximately four more seconds. I made a couple of big errors on that 2:35 (got sucked into the ditch on the 2 left, and also got too sideways on the 4 left and lost a lot of time). It's the last 4-5 seconds that are going to be hard to find. I'm not going to cut through the trees if that's what it will take. Have you or anyone else been plaqued by the sign post on the right side of the road at the left 2 "don't cut, ditch" or the telephone pole on the right side of the track after the right 4 widens?
