That may very well be, but most of his reviews at www.gamepen.com are spot-on, and his Max Payne review (1.5 out of 5 stars) is a classic.. - "Who wrote this? Ed Wood?" - "the resulting plot is so pedestrian even Steven Seagal would reject it" - "There's more bad metaphors uttered by Max than Dennis Miller during a Monday Night Football game. (Yes, I'm aware of my own metaphor - that's the joke.)" and you've got to love this one Ymenard: - "Even bad writing can be elevated by good acting (like Harrrison Ford and Alec Guiness did with Star Wars)."
