I am having troubles getting GP3-2000 to work on my system. The Game menu's work fine, but as soon as I get to the driving-part (I mean after the loading screen) the game (and windows 98) crashes, and I get an 'overflow error'. Possibly there also seems to be a problem with 'winmm.dll'. When I try the 'old' GP3 it works fine. This is my system: P-III 1GHz 128 MB 32 MB DDR Geforce 256 Pro Windows 98 on-board Sound-Max soundcard A strange thing is that the calibration of my graphics card is without any problems! Any help would realy be welcome. Ramon
Sounds like a memory management issue. What size is your swap file set to, or is it "windows controlled"? Is your system oc'ed at all? You may want to try running a proggy called "memturbo" and freeing up some RAM before playing the game. HTH Rafe Mc On Wed, 14 Nov 2001 10:14:16 +0100, "Ramon Verlinden" <[email hidden]> wrote:

Rafe, you're the man! It WAS a memory problem. Thank you very much. The bastards at the infogrames hotline told me I had to download the latest drivers for my Geforce. One question to r.a.s. did the trick. I love the internet community. By the way; GP3-2000 is great! Thankx Ramon "Rafe McAuliffe" <[email hidden]> schreef in bericht news:[email hidden]...
