New Thrustmaster Rallye Force GT Pro wheel
A poster asked about Thrustmaster's newly released Rallye Force GT Pro, with five axes and ball-bearing steering. Users noted it was available in the UK but hard to find in the US, and that it resembled the Logitech Driving Force Pro. Its 240 degrees of rotation was considered a drawback by some; the thread also touched on the Xbox 360 launch.

Well, if the Momo gives up anytime soon then one of these looks like a
no brainer as a substitute. :)
If it's cheap enough, I'll try one. I hate this damned Momo.

A power supply that big cooking could cause an international incident...

I'm in the market for a new wheel, but if this is as good as it appears
to be, I'll hold off on buying the Logitech DFP like I intended until
now.

True.... But they say the site says FF is partly belt-driven which may mean
a very smooth feel for those that think the DFP is notchy (not saying it
is). Also, it has four paddles, two of which are "progressive." Excellent
for those that need wheel mounted brake/gas or for those that need a wheel
mounted clutch. I'm anxious to hear some user feedback though I wonder if
it'll ever come to the US.

I just realized, there isn't any indication of degrees rotation. Or am I
missing something?

Since that feature is only available or desirable for maybe one or two
titles, it probably wasn't a design concern. I like the ability to lock
two pedal boxes together. I wonder if not more information would be found
not via Thrustmaster but Guillemott?
dave henrie
rotation is 240 degrees

I know some question the need for more, but that's a deal breaker for me.
I've gotten used to having ~400 degrees of usable rotation with my DFP.
Perhaps not necessary for open wheelers (300-360's good there), but
definitely useful for tin tops.
