My backup/host 'puter is suffering the "typical" crackling that occurs
when running GPL on an Aureal 2.0 sound card. I'm looking for an older
(cheaper) card to replace it. Are the SB128 and 512 happy with GPL?
How about the yarious Yamaha and other "off brand" cards. I don't need
quad or fancy effects, just clean 8+ channel sound for GPL and other
sims.
