I just bought a Geforce2 mx-200, i'm running it with a dell PII 400 (i know
it's slow) with 128megs of ram. I can run GPL in openGL but I don't like the
menu resize problem. As soon as I try D3D with the patch, I get in the
cockpit and it freezes. Sometimes I can get about 100 yards down the track
but it freezes.
When it stops, the sound keep going but nothing else work, keyboard is dead,
wheel, pedals, mouse.. so I have to reboot.
I'm currently running the 12.90 drivers, I tried the 22.80 and the 21.83.
Nothing works.
Can anyone help?
If you're running on line, make sure you shut down ZoneAlarm (if you're
running it). This is a known problem with ZoneAlarm and GPL on line.
If you're not running ZA then I don't have a clue.

crash. Odd that you can run fine in openGL though.
Try disabling AGP 4x, altering you AGP aperature, etc. in the bios.
Also try different drivers (although you've tried a few.
Oh, and maybe try some extra cooling, like opening up your case.
