Looking for mods to STCC2

Specifically looking for a way to change the steering wheel behavoir in this sim. I have a MS FF (usb) wheel and even if I turn off Forces and return to center in the sidewinder applet, STCC2 turns it back on when entering the game and puts a huge deadzone in the X axis too (even though I have it set at zero in the game). With FFB on the return to center is too strong, but if I turn off FFB in the game it's not so strong but is still there. FFB in this game is no great loss because the only effect I can feel are crashes. So basically, I want to make the return to center weaker and reduce the deadzone completely. This is a good game/sim but is being really hobbled by terrible wheel programming and really poor FFB programming. The game is taking over from whatever settings I have set in Windows. Anyone know of any mods done for this game in this area? -- Steve
