I have seen various methods of keeping your pedals from sliding over the years. I thought I'd share my very simple solution for those of you with slippery carpets, 'cause I've never seen this method mentioned before. 4 beer caps screwed in upside down into the base of your pedals. Easy and very effective. MRSisson -- LOAD "GPL",8,1 RUN
Where the heck am I gonna find four beer caps? <burp> :-) - John P. Even easier (old boating trick): mix some coarse sand with epoxy paint, apply to pedals. Non-skid; lasts forever. "Michael R Sisson" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:MPG.166f2bc12c1cae8e989689@nntp...

I don't know if some sand is going to keep the pedal base from sliding on a carpet. Results must vary. Jesse "Stephen Smith" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:dKhN7.80737$[email hidden]...

I thought we were talking abt. feet slipping off the pedals here. If the base itself is sliding around, yes, sand & epoxy would help, but something else (rubber mat, Velcro) might be less abrasive on yer Aubisson. If on a wooden floor, another old trick: beeswax.
