Hi gents,
Just thought I would pass on a quick note letting you know that Relay now
supports Rally Trophy. Currently we have a full-featured Ranking System
(with multiple filters, views, etc.), and a whole lot of other features that
I think would be best if I just linked you to the list (which will be
growing quickly) @: http://rt.relaygames.com/features.asp
As always, the software is 100% free to end-users for non-commercial
purposes, and the entire system is designed to be as hands-free as possible.
We employ a multi-layered cheat checking system to ensure that all
submissions are done so without alterations to the game, etc., etc.
If you are interested, simply register (free as well), download the
software, and start racing.
As far as Online Support goes... we could do it tomorrow if we wanted, but
we will be contacting BugBear and JoWood to enquire about the extent of
their contract with GameSpy, and see if it is possible for us to do the
online mechanisms for it (which are 10X more robust than GameSpy as it
stands without any developer support). If they are bound to close any online
service that they are aware of, we will not pursue it any further (as we
would like to maintain a good standing relationship with the developers and
publishers).
Anyways... take a peek at the features list, and if you own the game, maybe
you'll join us for some competition.
Cheers,
Schumi
