N4 2002 not working right

I just installed the N4 2002 demo and I am having some weird problems. I am running XP Pro with a GF3 and a P4 1.5 gig. I have the latest XP drivers (nVidia 21.83) for my GF3. When the setup prompts me to select the video a Renderer I can only select Direct 3d from the menu (what happened to OpenGL?) . Then I have two choices under Display Adapter: NVIDIA Geforce 3 and NVIDIA Geforce 3 TnL HAL. When I go to run the game its running in software mode. There is no 3D acceleration at all. The graphics are super grainy and my FPS is like 15-20. WTF is going on? N4 runs fine for me and I just installed that to XP a couple days ago. Nice going Papy.......

I have a newly build Athlon XP1600 ( 1.4 ghz), GeForce3 Ti200, 512 mb ddr ram, running on a 266 mhz fsb ( 133 mhz core). My framerates are in the mid 20's. I was shocked. Hopefully this is a crude demo that the graphics haven't really been tweaked hard for fps. If not, well I still love my flight sims. And F12001 of course.
