Hi,
I just got an ADSL line installed and am having problems.
While racing online I always get a message 10049 error on network device
detected, does anyone know what this means?. Someone suggested changing the
disable modem & alternate IP lines in the core.ini from 0 to 1 this has not
helped or made it any worse. someone please help its so bloody
frustrating!!!!!!!!
Is anyone trying to connect to the internet using the same phone line as
you, because that's what always causes that error when I get it.

WSAEADDRNOTAVAIL 10049 Cannot assign requested address.
sure you pick the right addres in the connect via list on the multiplayer
screen?
