only when they're moving . Glitches being popping textures. Doesnt matter
what carset i use (even on the originals) D3D@1280x1024 GF2 GPL patch 1201

Reinstall DX8a,
if you have DX8.1,
uninstall with DirectX Uninstaller by ebrink

Also reinstall display card drivers, newest is not always best..
